產品的質量決定著企業(yè)的未來命運。在計算機企業(yè)整機制造過程中，整機的高溫老化是一個非常重要的環(huán)節(jié)。通過高溫老化能提高計算機產品質量，增加企業(yè)的競爭力。由基于神經元芯片為測控節(jié)點、PCI 總線的智能網絡接口卡和LON 總線組成智能網絡測控系統(tǒng)，用于對老化過程中的環(huán)境溫度、濕度、被老化計算機的運行工作狀態(tài)等進行測量，并將測量結果通過網絡傳送給服務器，經服務器處理后的信號返回到控制設備。

Abstract：The quality of production determines the future of enterprise. The high temperature aging process of computer machine production is an important aspect to improve quality of production and increase competitive ability. A novel signals measurement network system presented in this paper is composed of intelligent measurement nodes based on neuron chip, intelligent network access cards (PCI bus) and LON (Local Operating Network) bus sever. The signals such as air temperature、humidity and working statement of
aging machines can be synthetically measured by intelligent nodes and transferred to the sever. Some analyses are completed in the server and then back to control equipments.
