本文對(duì)配變基于Internet 和Intranet 技術(shù)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究，介紹了遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)、調(diào)度自動(dòng)化設(shè)計(jì)以及系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)利用Delphi 語(yǔ)言本身的多
功能控件和強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)功能，以及語(yǔ)言本身靈活的數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算能力實(shí)現(xiàn)了電力信息的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控，實(shí)現(xiàn)了電力信息的共享,人機(jī)對(duì)話(huà)界面生動(dòng)的模擬了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工況，這使得電力調(diào)度的管理更加方便、快捷、提高了電力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的安全性。

Remote Monitoring and Controlling System of the Electrical Equipments in the Electrical Systems Abstract: This article has conducted the research to matched changes based on Internet and the Intranet technology’s long-distance supervisory system. The program of electric power long-distance transmission observes the specific stipulation of electric power
information long-distance transmission standard. It realized the electric power information
long-distance monitoring and information sharing by multi-purpose controls and powerful
database function that the Delphi language provides. The man-machine dialogue vividly
simulates real operation scene, which make the management of electric power dispatching the faster more convenient and so enhances the safety of electric power system operation.
