基于無(wú)軸承薄片電機(jī)的需要而開(kāi)發(fā)和研究了兩種低成本霍爾位移傳感器，介紹了基本的工作原理，對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了理論分析，設(shè)計(jì)了匹配電路與霍爾元件相結(jié)合，并在動(dòng)態(tài)和靜態(tài)下進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該位移傳感器有較高的測(cè)量精度，與理論分析比較吻合。應(yīng)用結(jié)果表明該位移傳感器性能優(yōu)良，能夠滿足無(wú)軸承薄片電機(jī)的要求。
Abstract: Two kinds of low cost Hall displacement sensor are exploited and researched for the bearingless slice motor. Basic operating principle is introduced and analyzed. Matching circuit is designed to combine with Hall element and experiments are performed under the dynamic and static situation. The experiment proved that the displacement sensor has upper sensing precision and it is comparatively inosculate with theory analysis. The applied result proved that the displacement sensor has good performance and it is suitable for the bearingless slice motor.
