本文基于無(wú)刷式直流電機(jī)的混沌模型，利用狀態(tài)觀測(cè)器實(shí)現(xiàn)了發(fā)送端與接收端的同步，并且用該混沌模型和狀態(tài)觀測(cè)器所產(chǎn)生的數(shù)字序列實(shí)現(xiàn)待傳輸語(yǔ)音特征參量的加解密操
作，識(shí)別結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了該混沌保密通信系統(tǒng)的有效性，并且傳輸語(yǔ)音特征參量的方法也提高了該系統(tǒng)的安全性。

Abstract: In the article, based on brushless DC motor chaotic model, the state observer is used to achieve the synchronization between sending end and receiving end. And the digital series produced by the chaotic model and the state observer are used to encrypt and decrypt the characteristic parameters of the speech to transferred separately. The recognition results prove the validity of the chaotic secure communication system. The method of the speech to transferred separately.
