AiP74HC/HCT245是一款帶三態(tài)控制的8路總線(xiàn)收發(fā)器電路。該電路具有一個(gè)輸出使能端口OE以及用于控制發(fā)送/接收的方向選擇端口DIR。當(dāng)OE為高電平時(shí),輸出為高阻抗關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。輸入內(nèi)置鉗位二極管,這樣可以使用限流電阻將輸入接口連接到超過(guò)VCC的電壓。
